![]() ![]() ![]() The shimmers are not super chunky, but they aren’t really fine either. Vintage Selection is a shimmery champagne/ rose gold colour. Besides that, I just love me some shimmer. It’s a colour I would use every single day, with every single look and it’s a colour I love now and that I will still love in 20 years. The reason why I chose Vintage Selection instead of the popular Painterly, Bare Study or Soft Ocre is because Vintage Selection is more me. There are lots of different colours available, but I ended up buying just one in a colour called Vintage Selection. ![]() I like how heavy they feel because it really adds that luxurious feeling and I like that they kept the packaging very simple. The MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pots come in these tiny glass jars with a semi-matte black lid. Last time I went to MAC I finally decided to just go for it. Even though I still adore the Maybelline Color Tattoo’s and the P2 cream shadows, I always wanted to try one of the MAC Paint Pots. It truly has a long-wearing formula and the fact that it can be used with other products is definitely a plus. I honestly love how smooth MAC Vintage Selection really feels, how easily and flawlessly it is applied and the fact that it last beautiful from day to night without showing signs of fading. It blends easily with a soft blending brush or in some situations I preferred to use my ring finger to smooth out the product. The creamy consistency is perfect, it glides easily and evenly across the lid revealing an intense color payoff, and once it dries down and sets shows no signs of creasing or settling into fine lines. I would say it has the perfect texture to make it a great eyeshadow base or you can choose to wear it on its own and dab some glitter on top of it if you are looking for a more intense makeup look.
